💚 ONE BIG THING
🔼 Teams Of Change. The 1965 and 1966 Spartan Football teams were trailblazers whose accomplishments have stood the test of time at Michigan State and in college football history.
Led by head coach Duffy Daugherty, these were the first collegiate teams with a racially integrated roster, uniting players from across the U.S.
With their emphasis on togetherness, they won back-to-back national and Big Ten championships. While individual accolades were notable, it was their collective impact that has left a legacy.
