🔼 Scorecard Submitted. Michigan State men’s golf finished up play at the Folds of Honor Collegiate on Wednesday, shooting a final round 6-over 290 to place fourth in the 15-team field.

Ashton McCulloch was the top finisher for the Spartans, shooting 6-under for the tournament to place fourth.

🔼 Leaderboard Leap. Michigan State women’s golf made a move up the leaderboard for the second straight day Wednesday, shooting a final round 1-over at the Folds of Honor Collegiate to finish in a tie for fourth as a team.

Brooke Biermann was the top finisher for the Spartan women, shooting 4-over to place in a tie for 11th.

🔼 Onto The Next. Michigan State volleyball fell to defending MAC champion Western Michigan in three sets Wednesday at the Breslin Center.

Taylor Preston led the way for the Spartans against the Broncos, finishing with 11 kills and a season-high eight digs along with three blocks.

🔼 Open It Up. No. 5 Michigan State women’s soccer opens up Big Ten play today with a trip to College Park to take on Maryland at 7 p.m.

The Terrapins are 3-2-3 on the season, with a 4-0 win over VCU last time out.

🔼 Now Serving. Michigan State men’s tennis gets its fall season underway this weekend, with Spartans competing at two different tournaments across the country!

Several members of the team will be in San Francisco for the Battle in the Bay starting today, while others will play at the Louisville Invite, which begins tomorrow.

🔼 Sensational Spartan. An elite two-way athlete, Jessica (Beech) Bograkos becomes the eighth Spartan softball player to be inducted into the Michigan State Athletics Hall of Fame. Now 20 years removed from her graduation, Bograkos remains prominent in the Spartan record book with four career records, five single-season records and one single-game record.
