Noah Kim threw for 292 yards and three touchdowns, and Nathan Carter ran for 111 yards and three touchdowns.

🔼 Sunday Funday. Michigan State volleyball took care of North Carolina in four sets on Sunday to end the weekend on a high note.

Taylah Holdem registered 21 kills in the match, the most by a Spartan freshman since Jenny Rood on Nov. 3, 2000.

Earlier in the weekend Michigan State hosted Duke in a closely-contested match, with the Blue Devils winning in three sets. Holdem again was a highlight, as she led all players with 11 kills.

The Spartans conclude non-conference play with a 5-2-1 record, and have the week off before hosting Ohio State on Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Spartans had a pair of quality scoring chances in the opening minutes, but couldn’t find the back of the net.

Michigan State is back in action tomorrow, as it hosts Stanford at 1 p.m.
