🔼 Call It Even. No. 1 Michigan State women’s soccer’s unbeaten streak remains, as the Spartans played No. 11 Ohio State to a 2-2 draw Thursday night in Columbus.

The Buckeyes scored first in the 27th minute, but back-to-back Spartan goals from Meg Hughes and Kaitlyn Parks gave the Green & White a lead. That lead would only last about 13 minutes, until Ohio State found the equalizer in the 61st minute.

Michigan State is back in action at home this Sunday, hosting Rutgers at noon for Alumni Day.

🔼 B1G Time. Michigan State volleyball kicks off Big Ten play this weekend with a pair of matches on the road — the Spartans are in Ann Arbor today for a matchup against Michigan at 7 p.m. before heading to University Park, Pa. to take on No. 3 Penn State this Sunday at 2 p.m.

🔼 Go West, Young Men. Michigan State men’s soccer takes its first trip to the west coast in the new-look Big Ten this weekend, taking on No. 15 UCLA tonight at 10 p.m. ET in Los Angeles.

The Bruins are 4-2-3 so far this season and 1-1-1 in their inaugural Big Ten season.

🔼 Away From Home. Michigan State field hockey takes a break from Big Ten action this weekend to travel to Muncie, Ind. to take on Ball State Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Cardinals are 1-5 this season, with a home game today against Miami (Ohio) before the Spartans come to town.

🔼 Trip To Toledo. Michigan State women’s tennis is set for its first full-team event of the fall this weekend, traveling to Ohio for the Toledo Rocket Invitational.

The Spartans will play host Toledo, as well as Youngstown State and DePaul in both singles and doubles action.
