🔼 Perfect Start. Michigan State volleyball closed out non-conference play over the weekend with a four-set win over SIUE on Saturday, and will head into Big Ten play with a perfect 10-0 record!

The Spartans’ 10-0 start is their first since 2012, and just the fourth time in program history.

🔼 Spartans > Trojans. Michigan State women’s soccer picked up its first Big Ten win of the season on Sunday, shutting USC out at Jeffrey Field, 4-0.

Kennedy Bell and Kayla Briggs both had multi-point games for the Spartans against the Trojans.

🔼 B1G Home Match. Michigan State men’s soccer dropped its Big Ten home opener to Ohio State on Friday night, 3-2.

Peter Soudan and Chimnosoh Okeke scored goals for the Spartans against the Buckeyes.

🔼 Road Trip. Michigan State dropped a pair of road games over the weekend, falling to No. 8 Michigan on Friday in its Big Ten opener and Miami (Ohio) on Sunday.

🔼 Late Night Fight. Michigan State football suffered its first loss of the season late on Saturday night in Los Angeles, falling 45-31 to No. 25 USC at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Junior quarterback Aidan Chiles completed 12-of-21 passes for 212 yards and three touchdowns for the Spartans, while also gaining 31 yards on the ground with a 4-yard touchdown run.
