🔼 No Goals Allowed. Michigan State women’s soccer dominated from start to finish on Sunday at DeMartin Stadium, winning 3-0 over Ohio to move to 2-0-1 on the season.
Meg Hughes scored the first two goals of the match for the Spartans, both in the first 20 minutes, and Mackenzie Anthony put the finishing touches on the match with her goal in the 90th minute.
🔼 Coming Home. It’s Home Opener Day for Michigan State men’s soccer, as the Spartans host Bowling Green at 7 p.m. at DeMartin Stadium. Monday will also serve as Welcome Back Student Night at DeMartin.
The Spartans and Falcons matched up during last season’s home opener, which ended in a 3-0 win for Michigan State.
🔼 Biggest Stage. Michigan State men’s tennis freshman Matthew Forbes opens action in the main draw of the 2024 U.S. Open tomorrow against Roman Safiullin of Russia!
Forbes is the first Spartan to qualify for the tournament.
