🔼 Top-10 Matchup. For the first time ever, DeMartin Stadium is set to host a top-10 women’s soccer matchup tonight as No. 8 Michigan State women’s soccer hosts No. 9 Arkansas!
On top of the lofty national rankings for both programs, both are coming off conference championships in 2023 as well.

The Spartans travel to southern Illinois today for a 9 p.m. matchup at No. 25 Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a team they last played back in 2019.

No. 8 was of course worn by Kirk Cousins during his Spartan career, and what a career it was — Cousins threw for more than 9,000 yards and 66 touchdowns for Michigan State from 2008 to 2011.
