🔼 Road Dub. No. 13 Michigan State women’s soccer picked up a 2-1 win on Thursday against Notre Dame to kick off its 2024 season, defeating the Irish for the first time since 1989, snapping a 13-match losing streak in the series.

Gabby Mueller had the honor of scoring the first goal of the season for the Spartans in the first half, and Justina Gaynor’s early second-half goal served as the winner.

🔼 One Up, One Down. Ashton McCulloch picked up a win over Wheaton Ellis in the Round of 32 at the U.S. Amateur Championship on Thursday before falling to Bobby Massa in 23 holes in the Round of 16.

🔼 Building A History. We’re getting closer — only 14 more days until Michigan State football is back on the field!

Michigan State has played 14 times against Maryland in program history, winning 10 of those matchups! Matchup No. 15 will come this fall on Sept. 7, with the Spartans traveling to College Park to take on the Terrapins.
