🔼 Spartans Win Again! No. 24 Michigan State men’s soccer pushed its season-opening win streak to three matches on Thursday, winning 4-0 over SIUE at DeMartin Stadium!
Peter Soudan, Andrew Darakdjian, Connor O’Keefe and Innocent Ngabo all scored goals for the Spartans.
🔼 Call It Even. No. 3 Michigan State women’s soccer played host to in-state foe Eastern Michigan on Thursday, earning a 0-0 draw against the Eagles.
The Spartans (3-0-1) held a statistical advantage in most categories – MSU outshot the Eagles 22-0, and had seven shots on goal – both season bests. The Spartans had 15 corner kick opportunities compared to just one for EMU, which came in the first half.
🔼 Go Time! Michigan State volleyball opens its regular season at home this weekend, welcoming a pair of 2025 NCAA Tournament teams to the Breslin Center!
The Spartans play Miami (FL) today at 6 p.m. before hosting LIU tomorrow at 3 p.m.
🔼 Road Trip! Michigan State field hockey officially starts its regular season on the road this weekend, traveling to Athens, Ohio to play the Ohio Bobcats today at 1 p.m., with a neutral site matchup against Saint Louis set for tomorrow.

Brian Hoyer, who wore No. 7 for the Spartans from 2005-08, threw for 6,159 yards and 35 touchdowns at Michigan State, at the time only the third Spartan ever to reach the 6,000-yard mark.
