🔼 Leading The Spartans! Michigan State football has named Kenny Soares Jr., Trent Fraley, Alessio Milivojevic, Rhys Dakin, Jordan Hall and Nikai Martinez captains for the 2026 season!

🔼 Legendary Spartan! We have 10 days until Michigan State football is back on the field for its season opener on Friday, September 4 against Toledo!

Brad Van Pelt, who wore No. 10 for the Spartans from 1970-72, was a two-time All-American at Michigan State and the first defensive back ever to win the Maxwell Award. Van Pelt was inducted into the Michigan State Athletics Hall of Fame in 2000, the College Football Hall of Fame in 2001, and in 2010 his name was added to the Ring of Fame at Spartan Stadium.
