🔼 Talkin’ Ball. Michigan State football head coach Jonathan Smith spoke with the media this week, with the season now less than 10 days away!
🔼 Golden Arm. Michigan State quarterback Aidan Chiles has been named to the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award watch list!
The award is presented annually to the top senior or upperclassman quarterback who is on track to graduate with their class. This year's list showcases 58 of the nation's premier collegiate quarterbacks, including a mix of returning standouts and rising stars.
🔼 All Eyes On Them. Michigan State men’s soccer had three players named Players to Watch by the Big Ten on Tuesday — Senior goalkeeper Zac Kelly, junior midfielder Miles Merritt and sophomore Brandon Munson were all honored by the league!
🔼 Tee It Up For The Spartans. Michigan State Baseball's 2025 Golf Outing will take place Friday, Oct. 10 at Forest Akers West Golf Course. Fans are invited for a day of golf, food and fun, capped off with some baseball, all to support the MSU baseball program. The annual golf outing, sponsored by the Greenville Drive, will begin with a 10 a.m. shotgun start.
🔼 On The Line. We have 9 days until Michigan State football is back on the field for its season opener on Friday, August 29 against Western Michigan!
Jalen Thompson, who wears No. 9 for the Spartans, has started in 16 consecutive games dating back to the 2023 season, and has recorded 36 career tackles, including 6.5 for loss.
🔼 Never Playing Alone. “She grew strength from me, and I learned a lot from her.”
Brooke Biermann doesn’t just play for herself or for her team. When she’s out on the course, she’s playing for her biggest cheerleader: her sister Ashleigh.
