🔼 All Even. No. 12 Michigan State women’s soccer played to a 0-0 draw in its home opener against Dayton on Sunday evening.
The Spartans opened their season with a pair of ties in the first week of the campaign, the first time in program history that MSU has tied each of its first two games.
🔼 Joining The Team. Michigan State women’s basketball head coach Robyn Fralick has announced the addition of Sara Sambolic to the Spartans’ roster for the 2025-26 season!
Sambolic, a native of Slovenia, attended the University of Ljubljana for the past two seasons.
🔼 Utility Man. We have 11 days until Michigan State football is back on the field for its season opener on Friday, August 29 against Western Michigan!
Connor Heyward, who wore No. 11 for the Spartans from 2017-21, rushed for 818 yards and five touchdowns through his first four seasons at Michigan State before making the switch to tight end during his final season, catching 35 passes for 326 yards in 2021.
🔼 Back-To-Back. Junior Isaac Howard capped a four-point night with his 26th goal of the season to give No. 1/1 Michigan State a 4-3 overtime victory over No 9/9 Ohio State at Munn Ice Arena to win its second Big Ten Tournament in a row — relive the moment!
