🔼 Future Star! Former Michigan State baseball ace Joseph Dzierwa has been selected to play in the Major League Baseball All-Star Futures Game on Sunday, July 12 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia!
🔼 Skating For The States! Five Michigan State hockey standouts have received invitations to participate with USA Hockey at the 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase this summer!
Sean Barnhill, Jack Hextall, Cullen Potter, Chase Reid and Mason West will join Adam Nightingale, who is serving as the team’s head coach.
🔼 Super Spartan. We have 60 days until Michigan State football is back on the field for its season opener on Friday, September 4 against Toledo!
Sixty makes us think of one Spartan — legendary Michigan State guard Frank Kush wore No. 60 when he was blocking everything in sight back in the early 1950s!
Kush earned first-team All-America honors in 1952, and was a key cog on the offensive line on back-to-back national championship teams in 1951 (9-0) and 1952 (9-0).
