🔼 Excellence Off The Court. Michigan State's men's basketball was recognized with a Team Academic Excellence Award and five members of the team were selected to the Honor Court by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) on Thursday afternoon — Carson Cooper, Frankie Fidler, Jaden Akins, Nick Sanders and Szymon Zapala!
🔼 Elite Eight. Michigan State women’s golf’s Brooke Biermann is into the quarterfinals of the Western Amateur Match Play, where she will tee off today against Pimkwan Chookaew!
🔼 In The Backfield. We have 42 days until Michigan State football is back on the field for its season opener on Friday, August 29 against Western Michigan!
Tim Moore wore No. 42 for the Spartans from 1984-87, collecting 15 tackles for loss during his senior season in 1987!
🔼 One Step Closer. "We're just at where out feet are at, and that's in winter conditioning right now, and that's gonna be in spring ball."
The goal hasn't changed for Michigan State Football. Now, in the offseason, is when they start working towards it.
