🔼 Scholarly Spartans. The Big Ten announced its list of Distinguished Scholars for the 2024-25 academic year on Monday, with 155 honorees from Michigan State, including 42 Spartans who boasted a perfect 4.0 GPA!

Darien Harris, who wore No. 45 for the Spartans from 2012-15, was a four-year letterwinner who made 154 career tackles. After his playing days, Harris spent three seasons working with the MSU football program before being named Assistant AD/NIL & Special Advisor to the Athletic Director in 2023. Harris currently serves as the Director of Player Engagement for the New York Giants.
