📈 STOCK UP

🔼 That’s A Wrap. Michigan State men’s golf closed out the season at the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional in a tie for tenth place, finishing 9-over par as a team.

Ashton McCulloch and Bradley Smithson were the top finishers for Michigan State, scoring even-par in the Spartans’ seventh NCAA Regional appearance in the last eight years.

🔼 The Last Stand. Michigan State baseball will wrap up regular season action by hosting Nebraska in a crucial three-game Big Ten Conference weekend series. The Spartans are currently tied for seventh in the B1G standings, needing to finish in the top eight to qualify for the Big Ten Tournament next week in Omaha.

In the series’ final game on Saturday, Michigan State will honor its seniors with a Spartan Senior Day Celebration, presented by Health Alliance Plan (HAP), as the Spartans will honor their senior players and managers in a pre-game ceremony.

⚾️ PREVIEW: B1G Battle In Final Regular Season Weekend

🔼 Taking Care of Business. After a nagging injury in his wrist, Greg Ziegler learned he had broken a bone that would require hand surgery and cause him to miss the first 16 games of the season. Although Ziegler had missed time before with a fractured finger, this was the first injury in which he would have to sit out of all baseball activities until he was medically cleared.

His return to the field has been nothing but clutch as the key contributor has the highest batting average on the team which included a 10-game hitting streak.

🔼 Headband Holloman. Big play Tre Holloman will enter next season with the Spartans as a fifth-year player, and ready to take a leadership role. Catch some of the biggest plays from the 2023-24 season from No. 5.
