What else do we have brewing today?
🎾 Court conclusion
👟 Three wins
💚 And much, much more

🔼 Court Conclusion. No. 22 Michigan State men’s tennis made more history over the weekend, beating North Alabama in the NCAA Round of 32 to claim its second-ever NCAA Tournament win, following last year’s victory over Denver.
With wins at No. 3 doubles and singles against North Alabama, Max Sheldon tallied his 168th and 169th career wins as a Spartan, becoming the Spartans’ all-time combined wins leader.
Michigan State advanced to take on No. 12 Mississippi State on Saturday, falling to the Bulldogs, 4-0. Sheldon won his doubles match against the Bulldogs, earning win No. 170 of his career.

🔼 Teeing Off. Michigan State women’s golf begins play at the NCAA Norman Regional today, teeing off at the OU Jimmie Austin Golf Club.
The Spartans are in the 12-team Regional with Stanford, Northwestern, North Carolina, Duke, Oklahoma, Baylor, Oregon State, Tulsa, Denver, Furman and Southern Mississippi.
The top five teams and the low individual not on an advancing team from each Regional site will advance to compete in the national championships to be played May 16-21 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California.

🔼 Friday Night Fight. Michigan State baseball picked up a series-opening win over No. 6 Oregon on Friday, with Joseph Dzierwa tossing a complete-game shutout for the Spartans with 11 strikeouts and just three hits allowed while not allowing a single walk.
The Ducks won the final two games of the series — 13-5 on Saturday and 3-1 on Sunday.

🔼 Historic Triumph. Michigan State softball picked up its first Top-5 win since 1998 on Friday night, beating No. 3 Oregon, 6-4, in Eugene.
Kaelin Cash went 3-for-3 with a home run, and Sydney Doloszycki drove in a game-high three runs. Madison Taylor pitched five innings, allowing four runs on five hits.
The Spartans’ season came to an end on Sunday with their 7-6 loss to the Ducks. Doloszycki homered twice in the game, while Collette Allen and Jenae Wash both went deep once.

🔼 Split Up. Michigan State track and field split up between the Jesse Owens Classic in Columbus, Ohio and the Jim Green Invitational in Lexington, Ky., over the weekend, with three Spartans earning wins — Rachel Forsyth in the women’s 1,500m in a personal-best 4:11.92, Sophia Lucki in the women’s 3,000m steeplechase in a personal-best 10:27.20 and Colby Morlock in the men’s shot put with a personal-best throw of 18.81m.

🔼 All Aboard. Michigan State rowing competed at the IRA Sprints on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass., over the weekend, earning the program’s first-ever medal at Sprints.
💚 ONE BIG THING
🔼 One Step Closer. "We're just at where out feet are at, and that's in winter conditioning right now, and that's gonna be in spring ball."
The goal hasn't changed for Michigan State Football. Now, in the offseason, is when they start working towards it.
