🔼 Like A Movie. Michigan State baseball picked up a series win on the West Coast over the weekend, taking two-of-three games at No. 25 USC.

The Spartans, who scored 23 runs in three games against USC, snapped the Trojans’ eight-series win streak, the program’s longest such streak since 1978. Joseph Dzierwa continued his dominance on Friday, tossing seven shutout innings with eight strikeouts.

Spartan Baseball to host Canned Food Drive on 517 Day!

Join us at McLane Stadium on May 17 for a 1:02 PM first pitch. In partnership with Southside Community Kitchen, we invite fans to donate non-expired canned goods, with a special need for canned fruit, pudding, and single-ingredient canned items.

🔼 Regional Round. Michigan State men’s golf is in Florida this week, competing at the NCAA Tallahassee Regional today through Wednesday at the Seminole Legacy Golf Course.

The Spartans are making their fourth-straight appearance in an NCAA Regional and the eighth in the last nine years. Michigan State is seeded No. 10 in the regional and were one of 14 teams selected to compete at the regional.

🔼 Tuned Up. Michigan State track and field competed for the final time during the regular season over the weekend at the Len Paddock Open in Ann Arbor, picking up a pair of wins — Leila Barmore won the women’s triple jump with a mark of 12.41m, and Dillon Morlock won the men’s shot put with a toss of 17.33m.
