🔼 Pads Are Poppin’. We get to watch Michigan State football tomorrow!
The Spartans are set to host the Spring Showcase Saturday at 2 p.m., with admission free to the public to watch Jonathan Smith’s squad in action for the first time.
🔼 Flipped Out. Nikki Smith and Skyla Schulte wrapped up their seasons at the NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships on Thursday, representing Michigan State well!
Smith scored a 9.825 on beam to place 20th, while Schulte put together a spectacular performance on floor, scoring a 9.9125 to finish in a tie for seventh in her session.
🔼 Championship Swing. Michigan State women’s golf is in Havre de Grace, Md. this weekend to play in the Big Ten Championship, hosted by Bulle Rock Golf Course.
The Spartans are playing some of their best golf of the season right now, finishing second at the Buckeye Invitational last weekend.
🔼 Cat Fight. After spending last weekend on the road, Michigan State baseball is back at McLane Stadium this weekend for a three-game series against Penn State.
The Nittany Lions are 5-7 so far in Big Ten play, dropping two-of-three games at Indiana last weekend.
🔼 20 Years Later. Michigan State softball is at home this weekend, hosting Illinois for a three-game series at Secchia Stadium.
Saturday’s game will service as a reunion and celebration for the 2004 Big Ten Championship team, which won the conference tournament despite entering the tournament as the No. 8 seed.

🔼 Rivals On The Road. No. 18 Michigan State men’s tennis wraps up its regular season with a trip to take on in-state rival Michigan tomorrow at 4 p.m.
On top of the bragging rights on the line, there’s plenty to play for in the Big Ten standings — the Spartans and Wolverines are tied for second place in the conference at 7-1.
🔼 Illini Links. Riding the momentum of four consecutive top-5 finishes, Michigan State men’s golf is in Illinois this weekend to play in the Illini Spring Invite at the Atkins Golf Club in Champaign.
🔼 Final Two. Michigan State women’s tennis puts a bow on its regular season this weekend, welcoming in Nebraska and Iowa for matches on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
