🔼 Headed Back! Michigan State gymnastics made history over the weekend, scoring a 198.000 to finish second at the NCAA University Park Regional Final and advance to the program’s second-ever NCAA Championships!

MSU's second-place finish is its best regional final finish in the current regional format introduced in 2019. The Spartans will make their first since appearance at the NCAA Championships since 1988.

🔼 B1G Muscles. No. 31 Michigan State men’s tennis picked up a pair of Big Ten wins over the weekend to improve to 8-2 overall in conference play.

The Spartans took down No. 66 Northwestern, 6-1, on Friday, before dominating No. 24 Illinois, 4-0, on Sunday. Max Sheldon, Mitchell Sheldon and Vuk Radjenovic all earned singles wins against the Illini.

🔼 Connect Four. No. 58 Michigan State women’s tennis collected its fourth upset win of the spring on Friday, taking down No. 53 Purdue in West Lafayette, 4-3, and handing the Boilermakers their first home loss of the season.

The Spartans won the doubles point, and picked up singles wins from Amara Brahmbhatt, Matilde Morais and Hanna Tsitavets.

🔼 Just Getting Started. Michigan State baseball dropped Game 1 of its series at Indiana on Sunday, 6-4.

After inclement weather with thunderstorms and rain in the Bloomington area all day Friday and Saturday postponed the weekend series to Sunday and Monday, MSU and IU took the field for a single game Sunday afternoon with an upcoming doubleheader scheduled for Monday.
