🔼 Final Flip. No. 11 Michigan State gymnastics made its fifth-straight NCAA Regional final appearance over the weekend, scoring a 197.000 to finish third in Tempe, Arizona.
MSU concludes the season with a 24-8 record and nine team scores of 197.000 or better in 2026. Third-seeded Florida won the meet with a 198.050, while No. 6 Georgia finished second with a 197.750 and No. 14 California scored a 196.975 for fourth.
🔼 Call It Even. Michigan State softball split a Big Ten series against Illinois over the weekend, winning Game 1 of its doubleheader on Saturday, 7-0, behind a complete game one-hitter from Jacey Schuler!
The rubber match of the series between the Spartans and Illini was canceled due to weather.
🔼 Double Digits! No. 20 Michigan State men’s tennis continued its torrid stretch out on the West Coast over the weekend, beating both Washington and Oregon by 4-0 final scores to improve to 10-0 in Big Ten play!

🔼 Strong Finish! Michigan State women’s tennis bounced back from a Saturday loss to Northwestern with a 4-1 upset win over No. 54 Illinois on Sunday!
Ellie Blackford, Nina Plihal and Issey Purser each earned singles wins against the Illini.

🔼 Windy City Weekend. Michigan State baseball traveled to the north side of Chicago over the weekend for a three-game set against Northwestern, winning 5-1 on Friday before dropping the final two games to the Wildcats.
Aidan Donovan tossed eight innings on Friday while allowing just one run on five hits.
🔼 Running Home! Michigan State track and field dominated the field at the Auto-Owners Insurance Spartan Invitational over the weekend, winning 16 event titles while celebrating the senior class in their final home meet!
🔼 Olympic Pursuit! Lilia Cosman's dream to be an Olympian and her drive for perfection take her where few have ever been.
