🔼 Bragging Rights. No. 27 Michigan State men’s tennis closed out its regular season with a 4-2 win over No. 25 Michigan on Saturday, its first win over the Wolverines since the 2002-03 season!

Matthew Forbes, Mitchell Sheldon and Danial Rakhmatullayev each earned singles wins for the Spartans against the Wolverines.

🔼 B1G Swing. Michigan State women’s golf finished as runner-up at the Big Ten Championship at Bulle Rock Golf Course in Have de Grace, Md., on Sunday, shooting 5-over as a team.

Brooke Biermann led the Spartans at 3-under, finishing in fourth place individually.

🔼 Get The Brooms Out. Michigan State baseball ran its win streak to six games over the weekend, sweeping Ohio State in East Lansing to improve to 9-9 in Big Ten play.

The Spartans scored 35 runs over the three-game series with the Buckeyes, including a 14-4 run-rule win in Sunday’s finale.

🔼 Bronze Finish. Michigan State men’s golf played at the Boilermaker Invitational over the weekend, finishing in a tie for third place among 18 teams at Ackerman-Allen Golf Course.

Caleb Bond led the Spartans, firing a 9-under 204 to finish second individually.

🔼 One Up. Michigan State softball dropped its series with Washington over the weekend in East Lansing, dropping two-of-three games to the Huskies.

The Spartans took Saturday’s contest, 6-4, thanks in large part to a three-run pinch hit home run from Collette Allen.

🔼 Finish Line. No. 64 Michigan State women’s tennis’ regular season is complete, with the Spartans rounding out their schedule with a loss to Michigan in Ann Arbor over the weekend.

Michigan State finishes the regular season with an overall record of 13-11 and a 5-8 mark in Big Ten action.
