🔼 Catching Up With Coach. With one spring practice remaining for the Michigan State football team on Saturday, second-year head coach Jonathan Smith met with the media following Thursday's practice to give an overview of the five weeks of spring ball leading into the 15th and final practice!

🔼 Final From Fort Worth. Michigan State gymnastics closed out its season on Thursday at the NCAA Championships in Fort Worth, Texas, its first appearance at the event in 37 years.

The Spartans put together a team score of 197.3625, finishing fourth in the second semifinal behind Utah, UCLA and LSU.

🔼 Postseason Prepped. Michigan State women’s golf is in Havre de Grace, Md., this weekend, teeing it up at the Big Ten Championships at Bulle Rock Golf Course.

The Spartans finished second at last year’s Big Ten Championships, held at the same course.

🔼 Buckeye Ball. Riding a three-game win streak, Michigan State baseball welcomes Ohio State to Jeff Ishbia Field at McLane Stadium this weekend for a three-game Big Ten series.

The Buckeyes are 9-24 overall this season and 2-13 in Big Ten play.

🔼 West Comes East. Michigan State softball begins the first of two consecutive home weekends today, welcoming new Big Ten member Washington to East Lansing for a three-game series at Secchia Stadium.

The Huskies are 29-12 overall this season and 7-5 through their first 12 Big Ten games in program history.

🔼 Rivalry Weekend. Michigan State men’s and women’s tennis both close out the regular season this weekend with matchups against rival Michigan — the men host the No. 25 Wolverines tomorrow at noon, while the women travel to Ann Arbor for a 1 p.m. matchup.

🔼 Final Tune-Up. Michigan State men’s golf plays its final tournament before the Big Ten Championships this weekend, traveling to West Lafayette, Ind., for the Boilermaker Intercollegiate at the Akerman-Allen Golf Course.
