🔼 Regional Acclaim. Michigan State gymnastics picked up a trio of awards from the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association on Wednesday — Gabrielle Stephen was named WCGA Region 1 Gymnast of the Year, head coach Mike Rowe was named Region 1 Head Coach of the Year and associate head coach Nicole Jones and assistant coach Devin Wright were honored as Regional Assistant Coaches of the Year!

🔼 Honor Hoarding. Michigan State men’s tennis’ Danial Rakhmatullayev has earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors for the second time this season!

In a pair of team wins over Northwestern and No. 24 Illinois, Rakhmatullayev secured two doubles victories and one singles win.

🔼 Chippewa Test. Michigan State baseball fell to in-state foe Central Michigan on Wednesday, 6-5, at Jeff Ishbia Field at McLane Stadium.

The Spartans took a 4-0 lead after the first inning thanks to RBIs in the frame from Ryan McKay, Nick Williams, Randy Seymour and Noah Bright, but couldn’t hold off the Chippewas in the final frames.
