🔼 Win Or Go Home. No. 4 national seed Michigan State hockey begins its NCAA Tournament run today at 5 p.m. ET against No. 14/13 Western Michigan in Maryland Heights, Mo.!

The matchup against the in-state rival Broncos is the first-ever in the single-elimination NCAA Tournament.

The winner of the Michigan State-Western Michigan matchup will advance to the NCAA Regional Final to face the winner of No. 5 North Dakota-No. 10 Michigan.

🔼 B1G Weekend. No. 18 Michigan State men’s tennis ventures out onto the road this weekend for a pair of ranked Big Ten matches — the Spartans will be in Urbana-Champaign, Ill. tomorrow at 1 p.m. for a dual against No. 19 Illinois, and Evanston, Ill. on Sunday against No. 60 Northwestern.

🔼 Knights In The Afternoon. Michigan State baseball hosts Rutgers this weekend at McLane Stadium in the Spartans’ Big Ten home opener.

The Scarlet Knights are off to a good start at 18-7, and have won eight of their last nine games heading into this weekend’s three-game series.

🔼 On The Road Again. Michigan State softball is back on the road for the second consecutive weekend, heading to Iowa City to take on the Hawkeyes for a three-game series starting today at 6 p.m. ET.

Iowa is 14-11 this season and has a Big Ten series win under its belt, taking two games from Wisconsin last weekend.

🔼 Home For A Pair. Michigan State women’s tennis gets to enjoy the comforts of playing at home this weekend, welcoming in Purdue tomorrow at 11 a.m. and Indiana on Sunday at the same time.

The Spartans are looking for their first Big Ten win of the season.

🔼 Sensational Spartans. With the regular season gone, awards are starting to roll in — Michigan State gymnasts Sage Kellerman and Nikki Smith have earned Regular Season All-America honors from the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association!
