🔼 Time To Dance. No. 9 seed Michigan State men’s basketball tips off its run at the NCAA Tournament today at 12:15 p.m. against No. 8 seed Mississippi State on CBS in Charlotte, N.C.
The Spartans’ NCAA Tournament appearance is the 26th in a row for the program, the longest streak in Big Ten history.
The winner of today’s matchup between the Spartans and Bulldogs will advance to take on the winner of No. 1 seed North Carolina and No. 16 seed Wagner.
🔼 Crown A Champ. Five members of the Michigan State wrestling program are in Kansas City this weekend competing at the NCAA Championships at the T-Mobile Center.
Caleb Fish (No. 21 seed — 165 pounds), Layne Malczewski (No. 23 seed — 1854 pounds), Chase Saldate (No. 24 seed — 157 pounds), Jordan Hamdan (No. 28 seed — 141 pounds) and Tristan Lujan (No. 33 seed — 125 pounds) will all be competing.
🔼 Classroom Champs. The Big Ten Conference announced its Winter Academic All-Big Ten honorees on Wednesday, and 61 Spartans made the list!

🔼 See Ya There! Michigan State Athletics will welcome fans to Spartan Stadium on Saturday, April 20 to get a first glimpse at head coach Jonathan Smith and the 2024 Spartans when it hosts the Spring Showcase, presented by Michigan Achievement Scholarship, at 2 p.m.
Admission is free and the stadium gates will open at 12:30 p.m. Additional information on the Spring Showcase will be released soon.
