Good morning, Spartans! With it being awards season in Hollywood, Michigan State football decided to hand out some awards of its own this week!

๐ผ Carolina Calling. Michigan State baseball begins its second week of play in Greenville, S.C. today, with first pitch against Western Carolina set for 6:30 p.m. at Fluor Field.
The Catamounts are 5-7 so far this season, with a series win over Maryland under their belt.

With 33 points in 24 conference games, Isaac Howard is your Big Ten Scoring Champion! He becomes the second Spartan to capture the league scoring crown, (Taro Hirose in 2019).

๐ผ Best of the B1G. With the regular season now over, itโs official โ Isaac Howard is the leading scorer in the Big Ten with 33 points in 24 conference games!

๐ผ Back-To-Back. For the second consecutive week, Michigan Stateโs Jase Richardson is the Big Ten Freshman of the Week!
Richardson averaged 13.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.0 assists during the two games last week. He scored 15 points and grabbed a career-best eighth rebounds in win at Maryland last Wednesday and followed that up with 11 points, five rebounds and six assists in Michigan State's win over Wisconsin.

๐ผ Shining Star. Michigan State hockeyโs Tiernan Shoudy is the Big Ten Second Star of the Week!
Shoudy helped guide Michigan State to a second consecutive Big Ten title, the first two in program history and the only school other than Minnesota to accomplish the feat. Shoudy had a pair of goals, an assist, and two blocks in the two-game road series at Notre Dame, including two goals in the finale. It was the first two-goal game of his career.

๐ผ Triple Dip. For the third time this season, Michigan State gymnast Sage Kellerman is the Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week!
The Croswell, Michigan native competed on vault and bars in MSU's win at the Big Four Meet over the weekend, winning both events. She scored a 9.925 on vault to win the title outright and collect her third vault title of the season before adding a 9.925 on bars to win her sixth overall bars title in 2025, all coming in MSU's last seven meets.
