🔼 Feelin’ Sweet! No. 3 seed Michigan State men’s basketball is headed to the Sweet 16 for the second year in a row after beating No. 6 seed Louisville, 77-69, in the second round on Saturday in Buffalo, New York!
Jeremy Fears Jr. led the way with a NCAA Tournament program-record 16 assists for the Spartans, who are headed to their 17th Sweet 16 under head coach Tom Izzo. Coen Carr added 21 points in the win.

🔼 Top Seed! No. 3-seeded Michigan State hockey earned its third consecutive, and 30th overall bid into the NCAA Tournament on Sunday afternoon!
The Spartans (25-8-2, 16-6-2 B1G) received a No. 1 seed in their region and will face No. 14 overall seed Connecticut (20-12-5, 12-9-3 Hockey East) in the first round of the Worcester regional on Thursday, March 26 at 1:30 p.m. on ESPN2. The game will be played at the DCU Center in Worcester, Mass. hosted by the College of the Holy Cross.

🔼 Left It All Out There. No. 5 seed Michigan State women’s basketball battled No. 4 seed Oklahoma on Sunday in the NCAA Second Round, falling to the Sooners in Norman, 77-71, despite leading by five at halftime.
Rashunda Jones led the Spartans with 20 points, followed by Kennedy Blair (14) and Grace VanSlooten (13). Michigan State closes the season with a record of 23-9, the third 20-win season in three years under head coach Robyn Fralick.

🔼 Surging Spartans! No. 31 Michigan State men’s tennis improved to 6-0 in Big Ten play over the weekend and for the second straight weekend took down a top-10 opponent, beating No. 10 Illinois on Sunday in Champaign, 4-3!

🔼 B1G Competition! No. 11 Michigan State gymnastics competed at the Big Ten Championships over the weekend in Champaign, Ill., earning its fifth consecutive top-two finish with a team score of 197.475!

🔼 B1G Winner. Michigan State baseball earned its first conference series victory of the season over the weekend, winning twice against Iowa at Jeff Ishbia Field at McLane Stadium!
The Spartans won Game 1, 2-0, behind stellar performances from Aidan Donovan and Nolan Higgins on the mound, and outslugged the Hawkeyes to win Game 2, 15-5.

🔼 Nebraska Battle. Michigan State softball hosted Nebraska at Secchia Stadium over the weekend, dropping all three games to the No. 9 Huskers. The Spartans managed just one run against the Nebraska pitching staff.

🔼 Top 10 Teams In Town. No. 65 Michigan State women’s tennis hosted two top-10 opponents over the weekend, falling to No. 8 USC on Friday and to No. 10 UCLA on Sunday.
