🔼 Awesome In Net. Michigan State goaltender Trey Augustine has been named one of four finalists for the Mike Richter Award, given annually to the top goalie in men’s NCAA Division I hockey!

🔼 Baker Finalist. Augustine wasn’t the only Spartan hockey star to garner some award mention on Wednesday — Isaac Howard has been named to the Hobey Baker Memorial Award Top Ten!

The most coveted award in collegiate hockey, the Hobey Baker Award is given to the top NCAA men's ice hockey player in the nation.

🔼 Grizzly Grinder. Michigan State baseball picked up its first home victory of the season on Wednesday, running out to a big lead early against Oakland and holding on through a late Grizzly run, winning 8-5.

Will Shannon and Randy Seymour both homered for the Spartans in the win.

🔼 Philly Special. Michigan State wrestling’s season culminates in Philadelphia this weekend, with three Spartans competing at the NCAA Championships.

Caleb Weiand (No. 33 seed — 125 pounds), Remy Cotton (No. 31 seed — 197 pounds) and Max Vanadia (No. 31 seed — heavyweight) will all be on the mat.
