🔼 Deep In The Heart Of Texas. Michigan State softball heads to the state of Texas this weekend for five games at the Roadrunner Classic, starting things off with host UTSA today at 2 p.m. ET.

The Spartans will also have matchups against Omaha (x2), St. Thomas and Akron.

🔼 Be Like Water. Michigan State men’s golf was under par at the Watersound Invitational in Lake Powell, Fla. this week, tying for eighth place among 12 teams at 1-under.

Caleb Bond tied for 12th place individually at 4-under.

🔼 Fought Hard. No. 22/21 Michigan State women’s basketball dominated the fourth quarter at No. 4 USC on Wednesday in a valiant comeback attempt, but ultimately fell short in a 83-75 loss to the Trojans.

Grace VanSlooten was fantastic for the Spartans with 29 points, followed by Julia Ayrault with 16 points and Theryn Hallock with 12.
