🔼 Enshrined Forever. Former Michigan State football head coach Mark Dantonio is one of the best to ever do it, and now it’s official — the National Football Foundation announced Monday that Dantonio has been elected to the College Football Hall of Fame!
🔼 Terps In Town. We’ve got a big one at the Breslin Center tonight — Michigan State women’s basketball hosts Maryland in a crucial early-season Big Ten matchup!
The Terps (2-1) sit one game ahead of the Spartans (1-2) in the conference standings, and are 10-4 overall.
Tonight’s game versus Maryland is part of a $15 three-game ticket package for Michigan State fans, which also includes games against Minnesota (Feb. 5) and Illinois (Feb. 29).
🔼 Awesome Achievements. Michigan State Athletics and PNC Bank have partnered to bring something pretty cool to the forefront — throughout the 2023-24 season, Spartan student-athletes will be recognized for displaying well-rounded achievement through leadership in the classroom, in the community and in competition.
The first honorees are Greyson Mercer (men’s soccer), Tee Muex (men’s track and field) and Ellie Wheatley (field hockey)!
