🔼 We Are The Champs! Michigan State women’s basketball used an offensive explosion to take down Coastal Carolina, 105-66, to claim the Cherokee Invitational championship on Thursday night!
Julia Ayrault scored a game-high 32 points to lead the Spartans, with Moira Joiner (19) and Abbey Kimball (18) joining her in double figures.
🔼 Ran Away With It. Much like it did against Baylor last weekend, Michigan State men’s basketball jumped all over Stony Brook in the first half on Thursday, taking a 48-12 lead into the intermission and winning by a 99-55 final score.
Jaden Akins scored a career-high 22 points in the victory, while Tyson Walker (17 points), A.J. Hoggard (12) and Xavier Booker (11) joined him in double figures.

🔼 On And Off The Ice. Daniel Russell and Karsen Dorwart have been line-mates for two seasons at Michigan State, and live together off the ice.
