🔼 From The AD’s Desk. With the fall semester wrapped up and the holidays upon us, Michigan State Athletic Director Alan Haller has penned a letter to the Spartan community!

🔼 Test Passed. Michigan State women’s basketball was tested on a neutral floor Wednesday night, taking down Richmond in Game One of the Cherokee Invitational, 83-76.
DeeDee Hagemann led the Spartans with 21 points on 8-of-12 shooting, while Moira Joiner (18 points), Julia Ayrault (13) and Jocelyn Tate (11) joined her in double figures.
With the win, the Spartans will take on Coastal Carolina today, who beat UT Chattanooga in its opening matchup.

🔼 Getting Hot. With wins in the past week against No. 6 Baylor and Oakland, Michigan State men’s basketball will look to extend that momentum into its matchup tonight against Stony Brook.
The Seawolves are 6-5 on the season, and are riding a four-game win streak into tonight’s game at the Breslin Center.
🔼 Passed With Flying Colors. Not only is Michigan State women’s soccer’s Justina Gaynor one of the best midfielders in the country, she’s also one of the smartest — Gaynor has been named a First Team Academic All-American by the College Sports Communicators!
