🔼 Leadership Change. Michigan State University Vice President and Director of Athletics J Batt announced Sunday that Jonathan Smith will not return as head coach of the Michigan State football program for the 2026 season.

🔼 Call ‘Em Champs! No. 20 Michigan State women’s basketball extended its season-opening win streak to eight games on Sunday, beating Clemson in the championship game of the Baha Mar Hoops event in Nassau, Bahamas, 72-64!

Kennedy Blair led the Spartans with 22 points and 12 rebounds against the Tigers, followed by Rashunda Jones (16 points) and Grace VanSlooten (15 points) in double figures.

🔼 Fresh Breath. No. 3 Michigan State hockey finished off a sweep of Colgate on Friday, beating the Raiders 4-1 at Munn Ice Arena to conclude its Thanksgiving week non-conference series.

🔼 In The Rankings! Michigan State men's tennis continues to climb the ladder, as every Spartan player on the roster earned a spot in the latest ITA Division I Collegiate Tennis National Singles and Doubles Rankings!

🔼 Triple Threat! Michigan State women's tennis had three players ranked in the ITA Division I Collegiate Tennis National Singles and Doubles Rankings!

🔼 Elite Finish. No. 2 seed Michigan State women’s soccer had its historic season come to an end over the weekend, falling to No. 1 seed Stanford in the program’s first-ever trip to the NCAA Elite Eight.

The Spartans finish the season at 15-4-6 overall and 7-1-3 in Big Ten play.

🔼 Closed Out. Michigan State volleyball concluded its season on Friday, dropping a five-set match to UCLA inside the Breslin Center.

MSU concludes the season at 18-12 overall, its most wins in a season since 2017, and 8-12 in the Big Ten.
