🔼 Everyone Contributes. Michigan State men’s basketball finished Saturday’s game against Bowling Green on an 18-0 run, running away with a 86-72 win to earn its third victory of the season.

Seven different Spartans scored in double figures — Jaden Akins (13), Frankie Fidler (12), Carson Cooper (12), Coen Carr (11), Tre Holloman (11), Jaxon Kohler (10) and Jeremy Fears Jr. (10).

🔼 Moving On. No. 5 seed Michigan State women’s soccer won its NCAA First Round matchup against Western Michigan on Saturday, 3-1, to advance to its third consecutive NCAA Second Round.

Emily Mathews, Justina Gaynor and Bella Najera each scored for the Spartans, who next will play No. 4 seed and SEC champion Texas on Friday in Durham, N.C.

🔼 Streak Moves To Seven. No. 4 Michigan State hockey earned its third consecutive sweep over the weekend, outscoring Notre Dame 12-4 over two games at Munn Ice Arena to push its win streak to seven games overall.

The Spartans dominated the Irish, 8-3, on Friday night before skating to a 4-3 win on Saturday.

🔼 Still Perfect. Michigan State women’s basketball improved to 5-0 on Sunday, winning 79-42 at Western Michigan.

Grace VanSlooten (18 points, 13 rebounds) and Julia Ayrault (15 points, 10 rebounds) both collected their first double-doubles of the season for the Spartans, who matched their 5-0 start from last season.

🔼 Win The Weekend. Michigan State volleyball started a win streak over the weekend, picking up wins over Michigan and Iowa to make it three straight wins in Big Ten play.

The Spartans had one of their best performances of the season against the Wolverines on Friday and upped it on Sunday, sweeping the Hawkeyes while allowing them to hit just .020.

🔼 Championship-Bound. Michigan State women’s cross country is headed to the NCAA Championships in Madison, Wis. on Nov. 23, earning an at-large bid after running to a fourth-place finish at this past Friday’s Great Lakes Regional.

Riley Hough was also given an at-large bid on the men’s side after finishing seventh individually, the best finish by a Spartan since 2021.

🔼 Road Dual Win. Michigan State wrestling was victorious again on Sunday, going on the road and beating Ohio, 22-19.

Caleb Weiand (125 pounds), Tristan Lujan (133), Jaden Crumpler (141), DJ Shannon (165) and Remy Cotton (197) all picked up wins for the Spartans.

🔼 Road Bump. Michigan State football went on the road this past Saturday, losing 38-16 at Illinois to move to 4-6 on the season. Here is your postgame coverage from Champaign:
