🔼 Hog Hunt. No. 22 Michigan State men’s basketball earned its first ranked win of the season on Saturday, beating No. 14 Arkansas at the Breslin Center, 69-66, thanks in part to a big performance from freshman Cam Ward.

Ward scored 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting and grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds for the Spartans.

🔼 Point Proven. No. 1 Michigan State hockey lived up to its ranking over the weekend, sweeping No. 3 Penn State in a two-game series at Munn Ice Arena.

The Spartans won a close one in overtime in Game 1 before dominating in Game 2 to the tune of a 5-0 win over the Nittany Lions. Trey Augustine collected a season-high 36 saves in the shutout and improved to 10-4-2 all-time against top-five opponents.

🔼 Inside State Lines. Michigan State women’s hoops improved to 2-0 on Sunday, taking down Eastern Michigan at the Breslin Center, 92-60.

Grace VanSlooten, Rashunda Jones and Jalyn Brown each scored 15 points for the Spartans in the win.

🔼 Trip To Remember! Michigan State volleyball took a trip to the Pacific Northwest over the weekend and came home with two more conference wins after taking down Washington in four sets on Friday and Oregon in five sets on Sunday.

The Spartans are now 18-6 overall, the most wins in a season since 2017, and 8-6 in Big Ten play.

🔼 Pushed To PKs. No. 9 Michigan State women’s soccer and No. 13 Washington – the top two seeds in the Big Ten Tournament – played to a 1-1 draw in the Championship game in St. Louis on Sunday, with the Huskies taking home the tournament title thanks to a 4-1 advantage in penalty kicks.

🔼 Wrapped Up. Michigan State men's soccer pushed the No. 1 team in the Big Ten Conference and the NCAA, Maryland, to the brink, falling in a wild season-finale Friday night, 4-3, at DeMartin Stadium.

🔼 Opened Up. Michigan State wrestling got its season underway on Saturday hosting the annual Michigan State Open inside historic Jenison Field House.

The Spartans placed 13 student-athletes on the podium, including eight in the open bracket.

🔼 Court Date. Michigan State men’s tennis’ Taym Alazmeh and Danial Rakhmatullayev competed at the ITA Sectionals over the weekend in Ann Arbor, with the team now focusing on the NCAA Individual Championships later this month!
