🔼 Extra! Extra! Read all about it — Michigan State basketball will be selling preseason magazines for $10 (cash only!) at Michigan State Madness!
The magazines will be located within the concourse of the Jack Breslin Student Events Center at 8 p.m.

🔼 Back On The Gridiron. Weekends with football are so much better than weekends without football — thankfully Michigan State is back on the field tomorrow at Rutgers!

🔼 Never Quit. It was a battle all the way to the end, but Michigan State men’s hockey fell just short to Air Force on Thursday night, 6-5.
The Spartans fell behind 3-0 after the first period and were down 5-1 in the second period, but came storming back to make it a one-goal game on two separate occasions in the third period.
The two teams are back out on the ice again tonight.
🔼 Even After 90. Michigan State women’s soccer played No. 25 Indiana to a 1-1 draw on Thursday night in Bloomington.
The Spartans fell behind in the 42nd minute, but answered quickly after that with a goal from Justina Gaynor to even the score.
Michigan State is back in action this Sunday when it travels to Rutgers.
🔼 Terps In Town. Michigan State men’s soccer puts its undefeated record on the line this Sunday against Maryland.
The Spartans are alone in second place in the Big Ten standings to this point at 2-0-3, while the Terps come into town in the conference cellar at 0-4-1.
🔼 Western Edge. Michigan State volleyball takes its western conference swing this weekend, as it heads to Nebraska and Iowa.
The Spartans are at No. 2 Nebraska tonight, with the hopes of handing the Cornhuskers their first loss of the season.
After that, it’s off to Iowa City to take on the Hawkeyes, who are looking for their first Big Ten win of the season.
🔼 Top Teams Incoming. A pair of top-15 teams will be in East Lansing this weekend to take on Michigan State field hockey.
No. 15 Penn State is first up tonight — the Nittany Lions are 6-5 overall on the year, but still seeking its first Big Ten win. No. 4 Rutgers is in town on Sunday, sitting at 12-0 overall and 3-0 in the Big Ten, with a matchup at No. 9 Ohio State tonight before heading to East Lansing.
