🔼 Hot Start. Michigan State women’s basketball dominated its exhibition matchup against Wayne State on Monday, taking a 58-5 lead into the locker room at halftime, and winning by a 101-40 final score.

Six Spartans scored in double-figures — Grace VanSlooten (16), Theryn Hallock (16), Inés Sotelo (13), Jocelyn Tate (11), Jaddan Simmons (11) and Kennedy Blair (11).

Michigan State begins regular season action on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at home against Oakland.

Hey Spartan fans, come out on Wednesday, October 30 to the Breslin Student Events Center to give blood and help Michigan State climb the Big Ten leaderboard! The blood drive will be open from 10:00 AM - 3:45 PM. Make sure you submit that you donated to help MSU climb the leaderboard.

🔼 Top Dogs. Michigan State men’s soccer plays its final road match of the regular season today, traveling to No. 1 Ohio State for a 6 p.m. contest.

The Spartans sit in fourth place in the Big Ten standings with two matches remaining, four points behind third-place Maryland. The Buckeyes are in second place, one point behind Indiana for the league lead.

🔼 Fall Finale. Michigan State women’s golf finished up its fall slate over the weekend, playing in the Landfall Tradition at the Country Club of Landfall’s Pete Dye Course in Wilmington, N.C.

The Spartans shot 10-over as a group, tying Clemson for seventh place in the 17-team field. Brooke Biermann paced the Spartans, tying for fifth place at 2-under.

🔼 The Honor Is Yours. After leading Michigan State to a 2-1 overtime win over No. 16 Iowa last weekend, Spartan goalkeeper Lyra Gavino has been named the Big Ten Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Week!
