Good morning, Spartans! It’s crunch time for men’s hoops!
What else do we have brewing today?
⚽ Big Bear stays home
🏈 Hollywood kickoff
💚 And much, much more
🔺 Big Bear Retained! No. 12 Michigan State men’s soccer hosted Michigan on Tuesday night in the Battle for the Big Bear, retaining the trophy with a 1-1 draw against the Wolverines.
Leo Conneh scored the lone goal for the Spartans, who are now 4-1-1 in Big Ten action.
🔺 Hollywood Premier! Michigan State football’s game at UCLA on Saturday, October 24 will kick off in the afternoon!
🔺 Set The Standard! Every beginning carries a bit of uncertainty.
For Tamara Durante, stepping into the role as Michigan State field hockey's new head coach, the 10th in program history, feels less like starting over and more like coming home.
💚 ONE BIG THING
🔼 Almost Time! We’re so close to Michigan State hoops — only 19 days until the men open the regular season against Quinnipiac on November 2 and 20 days until the women take the court against Valparaiso on November 3!
