🔼 Center Of Attention. Michigan State graduate senior Nick Samac has been named to the Rimington Trophy Watch List—awarded annually to the nation's most outstanding center. A four-year letterwinner, he’s played in 38 career games, including 22 starts at center. The three-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree started at center in all of the Spartans’ games last season and played an offense-leading 803 snaps, earning an honorable mention All-Big Ten selection by both the coaches and media.

🔼 Queens Of The Hill. Keep that momentum going. Michigan State women's soccer opens the season ranked No. 17 in the country, marking the Spartans' first appearance in the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll in program history following a historic 2022 season that saw MSU spend six straight weeks in the national polls.

The Spartans posted a 17-3-3 overall record last year, including an undefeated 9-0-1 record in conference play en route to the program's first Big Ten regular season title. MSU advanced to the Big Ten Tournament championship game and earned its first NCAA tournament berth since 2009, advancing to the second round.

🎟️ Michigan State women’s soccer opens the 2023 regular season at home against Cincinnati on August 17—kickoff at DeMartin Stadium is set for 7:30pm ET and tickets can be purchased here.
